I have no doubt Wade said something. But what good did that do? How about a 100K fine for the next person who celebrates after a 1st down or a touchdown???? A good coach would have this constant BS under control by now.

I always thought he got too much criticism the first two years. Not making excuses because he certainly didn't live up to expectations, but he wasn't as bad as everyone thought.

Favre is feeling the pressure now! He has been beat down non-stop so far. It's amazing and a huge credit to Favre that he is still 6 for 7 and 1 TD in this game. Hope the D-line can keep up the pressure.

 My biggest problem with the rule is of a defensive lineman gets a sack he can all but pull out his reproductive organ and start shaking it around and not get penalized then after a touchdown you get a penalty for going to the ground? I mean really falling to the ground is a penalty?

RIGHT NOW this team needs a change in locker room attitude and overall team culture. Wade is a weak, fat-guy who has never had to compete a moment in his life. Penalties and not playing well has NOTHING to do with talent! It's 100% mental. The mental prep falls right in Wades lap. And this organization has a lot of "EXCUSE MAKERS" both inside the locker room as well as in forums like this one. Blaming these kinds of poor performances on a lack of talent let's a whole lot of people off the hook! IT'S TIME TO HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE!!!!

One of the very few times I agree with you coach...but the most important thing that needs to happen is that Jerry needs to realize his way isn't working.

Unfortunately, until that bottom line starts heading south, that has as much chance of happening as Bin Laden being appointed Director of Homeland Security.

Past time to threaten or terminate some folks jobs, Mr. Jones...

I agree on Jerry Jones! He's a great PR man and a great salesman, but bring a young coach in let him hire his own assistants, let him draft his own players to fit his system and let him run the team. I know of two that i'd like to see take over this team IF would let that happen.

Great point. Eric Karros just had a nice quote on the NLCS pregame show, saying that "if you're fast and you don't run, you're not fast."

Same thing applies to this team. If you're talented and you do not execute, then you aren't talented.

Same thing applies to this team. If you're talented and you do not execute, then you aren't talented. talent is considered by stats and the Cowboys have it. Their stats dont add up to points on the scoreboard due mental mistakes.

I disagree..mental part is a part of someone being talented. when under Parcells this team led the league in penalties..they have under Wade as well..this is past the coaching and on the players

Benny Hill (Phillips) and Howdy Doody (Garrett) and Mr Magoo (Campo)all need to be terminated as soon as the plane lands.... what am I talking about. I wouldn't leave Minnesota without that happening. This football isn't worth watching anymore. My blood pressure goes through the roof every gameday.

It must be totally exhausting to be such a hater. You lay every single loss at his feet. What did Romo ever do to you? Are you Jessica Simpson's dad??

Eric Karros just showed the whole world how big of a moron he is. Talent is the ABILTITY to perform at a certain level. Whether or not that level is acheived does not dimenish the level of talent!
And if you are fast but don't run then you might be LAZY but you are still fast.

tal·ent    –noun

Why would hatred of Romo be exhausting? And why would you attempt to denigrate me because you don't agree with my opinion of Romo? Does it make YOU feel better about Romo if you can show me in a negative light?

And what kind of name is Moron87?

And let's see if you can answer a question truthfully and without biased Maroon87:

Has this team been playing football like they have a "if something in sports is the worst thing to happen to you then you will have lived a good life" mentality????

This is a YES or NO question.

;) :D

Roy Williams said it best after yesterdays game - Top 5 offense, top 5 defense, too many mistakes, we are all frustrated.

I didn't say "QUIT"! I was referring to an attitude of indifference or a lack of intensity! It appears they believe they will walk all over their opponents based on their talent alone and come into these games with a less than workman like approach. Mike Jenkins has taken to holding and interferring with his opponent rather than putting in the effort to actually cover them. Again I say this is like a basketball team that gets called for a lot of reaching fouls. It's just laziness and attitude! If you don't move your feet you will reach! It is ecspecially obvious with Jenkins because he has shown in the past he can cover these people that he is now getting called for holding the Jersey! But my statement about Romo's quote was meant as sarcasm but apparently Moroon87 took exception to it and wanted to disparage the quality of my life with his interpretation of my motivation for it. No harm-No foul!

You hit the nail on the head
