Noticed Lovejoy scored 49 point on only 29 total plays and 240 total yards of offense. Farmersville gave up 3 turnovers and 3 punts for 26 yard punt average. Lovejoy must have had a lot of short fields to work. Pretty efficient.

Gainesville beat Pilot Point and it looks like Gainesville secondary came to play. They intercepted Pilot Point 5 times. Pilot Point had 6 turnovers. That 'ill do it!

You are right, they scored 21 points in 1:53 , fumbles and int. This
was the only team we had never beaten. According to the announcers,
we were the 1st team in 5 years to have beaten them at home.;)

Lovejoy really outmatched the Farmers, but the Farmers are rebuilding with a sophomore quarterback.

Lovejoy's defense held them to 70 yards total offense.

And the announcers were somewhat correct. It's the first time they have lost a district game in 5 years.

It was also Lovejoy's second shutout of the season after shutting out Abilene Wylie 28-0.

i can't find a score on the liberty - shepherd game.....except on kbtx scoreboard but they are way off on our score so i wasnt too trusting of it......anybody know?
