Anybody know what it would cost to build a stadium that seats around 6,000 with two story press box, field turf, concessions, restrooms on both sides and a score board with the jumbo tv? Just ball park estimates.

Based on some stadiums like your description, around 3.5-4 million

I was thinking between 5-10 million. I would like to know what Royse City and Paris paid for there stadiums.

It may have been 13 mil it is really nice. I know CH Collins in Denton was around 20 mil in 04, but they went all out with concrete everything and it seats over 12,000. So 5-10 mil would be about right.

I think I read that the new stadium Allen is building will be 21 mil, but I'm probably wrong on that one too.

Forney's seats 10,000(I think originally like 8,000 they added on once we went 4A). Grass, 2 story press box, scoreboard with crappy sound and video that can't actually show video. Think it was around $10-$13 million.

The turf by itself is going to be $800,000+

Paris was over 6 million and the restrooms and concessions on both sides would add a good bit more I'm sure. Also our press box is only one story if though it is a good sized one.

Princeton added 4000 seats, artificial turf and a massive indoor practice facility with a 60-yard field, weight room and coaches' offices next to the stadium. This is a fantastic stadium that would service most 4A schools. Total cost was 15 million.
