Bridgeport Rolls in this one and WILL play solid all 4 qtrs. the rams offense has been terrible all season long and very inconsistant. On top of that they really have not played anyone besides Graham and Graham has gotten better since their game. i know MW won last years meeting but that was way before Bridgeport started clicking on all cylinders. i hear their QB tends to make the dumbest mistakes, i look for our #26 cornerback to have another couple of ints this friday. Mineral Wells is on a 3 game win streak but that all will come to an end in Bridgeport.

Bridgeport Bulls-49

Mineral Wells Rams-12 (because their special teams is also very bad.)

The Rams have got some speed, mainly on the "D", but I think it is yet another game where the Bulls "O" is a true 6-headed monster, and should put at least 14 or more points on the board at the gun than the Rams.

If the Bulls come out and play for 4 qts this won't be a ball game, but if we come out and play without any energy and go through the motions it will be really close.

I don't know if we are anyone or not but they did play us (Argyle). Bridgeport should roll by 21.

It's all good, just picking at ya. I hope we both make it that far, it would be a successful season regardless of the outcome.

this question is to to the people that have seen mineral wells play, how good are they defensively? is their offense as explosive as the bulls? i have heard a few things from different people but i would like to hear from someone that has seen them play. will they present much of a problem for the bulls?

If Bridgeport doesnt fall asleep at some point during the game, like they have done in every game since Springtown...then i say Bulls by 28. Man that offence has SO MUCH potential its not even funny.

But if they play sloppy again i say bulls still win by 10.

Ok, I know BP has been waiting! So I will go out on a limb and say my RAMS bring home a victory 35-30! We actually played Argyle better than what the score indicated. The Rams had a long punt returned called back against Graham and should have won that game. Lots of what ifs....Stranger things have happened! Dropped passes kept Glen Rose in it and Iowa Park we lose by 7 and they are a better team than you think. We have momentum going in this one having won our last 3.

NOT HAPPENING!!! but this does have the chance to be a good game (if the Bridgeport offense comes out playing like they did in the 2nd half against decatur.)

This is going to be a better game than what people think. Look for the Rams to change a few things up. Their defense has been stopping the run and now they need to concentrate on the pass and adjustments will be made. One thing about the Rams they have over 190 plays in their playbook and this makes defenses readjust on every play. Look for the Rams to throw in a few surprises.

Celina has about 9 plays, they just run them out of different formations... seems to work ;0)

Nah, no new uniforms...we are still trying to pay for our 12 million dollar stadium. I'm really pulling for my Rams in this one, but, I know you have an exceptional passing game and we have been shown to be vulnerble to the pass a little. This may be where the change will be. And perhaps a slight change to the offensive scheme. We dont want to give away too much. Course we are not just all one diminsional like Decatur and their outstanding one man show. Hopefully, this will turn out to be a good game, although I would have liked to have had homefield advantage. LOL!

There hasnt been a team stop our offense, even in the loss to Alvarado. If we will quit giving up a short field our "D" can stop most teams.

this is mw second year under a new coaching staff that has the ability to turn them around, so im expecting a good game. but in the end its going to come down to bridgeport holding on to the ball. if they turn it over like they did last week and dont play all four quarters its going to be a close one.

Congrats to good Mineral Wells team for a great effort and a good victory over the Bulls. The Rams have got some really good players who did the job tonight. The Bulls continue to make untimely mistakes and it caught up to them tonight. Good luck to the Rams for the rest of the season.

this is an example of good sportsmanship.. It would nice if CERTAIN teams had fans like this.. whether they are winning or losing - some fans are just jerks. sounds like this was a great ballgame!

it was, and after that bport didn't show up much in the 2nd, one of our starting cornerbacks was ejected from the game, mineral wells intercepted a pass and took it to the house, our kicker missed two field goals, lets see, ... rams scored on a big run up the middle to tie it up at 17, went to overtime, rams kicked a fieldgoal, bulls overtime possesion was ended by an interception returned for a td and MW missed the xtra point, FINAL- Bridgeport-17 Mineral Wells-26...

left a very sour taste in my mouth, congrats to the rams for playing hard all 4 qtrs and never giving up, MW is now in the drivers seat to win 7-3A, gotta hope that either lake worth or decatur beats yall to make it a 3 way tie for the championship.

Huge win for the Rams and congrats. They scored 23 unanswered in the scone half to win.

Bulls need a serious gut check. I think we had 6 false starts tonight? And the ejection was disappointing.

Bulls, think about it and get yourselves ready for next week.

Coach Chuck Lawrence has these boys fired up! This team is the best 4-4 team in the state!
