That is Andrew Luck from Houston area. His dad (Oliver) played for the Oilers for a few years back in the day.

This video is QB Andrew Luck laying out a USC defender after a fumble recovery...the view from behind the line was killer and I think he made the kid fumble but they still got it back

Played against him at 7on7 state his year before his sophomore year i believe and we could never get our hand on the ball...always in the perfect place.
