I saw Refugio play last year in the playoffs (a win vs Rice Consol.) and was unimpressed. I thought they were slow and just not near as good as I envisioned. Maybe it's because I'm used to 3a and higher football though? IDK.......Of course, they ended up getting it handed to them by D'field in the finals which did not surprise me at all. I was more surprised they got that far.
