It looks like other teams are playing better, but who ever wins this game might have a leg up on the distrist championship.:)

Earlier in the season I would have said IP, now I am not so sure. I am giving Graham a slight advantage but it wouldn't surprise me if IP wins.

Graham will win this one, Lee Clubb is only one guy and most of the time one guy cannot carry the whole team. Grahams defense is also pretty good and hits hard too!

I agree, I think the Graham "D" carries them in this one by 10-14. However, IP is definitely on the way back and demands respect once again.

Have not seen Graham, but IP is a good team. Should be a hard fought game. Have a feeling this district will not be decided until week 10.

I really don't know... we played Iowa Park a few weeks ago, they beat us 33-13. The next week we played Hirschi and beat them 21-7. Hirschi played Iowa Park last week and Iowa Park won 21-20 on a blocked extra point... Sooo, I wanna say Iowa Park... but I really don't know why they and Hirschi played so close...
I picked Bowie to beat Graham last week... lost BIG on that one...
Its a toss up for me!

Graham and Iowa Park are always going to down right dislike each other no matter what sport that's what makes these games so great to watch. But I think Graham wins by 2 tds. I look forward to seeing this match up.....:clap:

Iowa Park has Lee Clubb, but we have Big Dav... ummm I mean Bobby Boucher!!! So that should be worth at least 14+.

Trying to be PC. Nothing is a given although I think we will win comfortably. Just trying to see if this game is a "must win" to avoid Brownwood in Round 1.

I like Graham in this game only bc I'm more familiar with them than IP.

Sorry Snyder great ball club but Brownwood has a great team. I know the game isn't won on this forum but I've seen Brownwood play and it ain't pretty, they're that good this year. Good luck to Snyder. Play them hard and I hope that yall can pull off the upset...

All I have to say about that game last night is this, it was without a doubt the worst officiating during a sporting event I have ever seen. :mad: They go out of bounds at the 3, not a step but 5' and they call it a TD, 3 times the officials stop the game because our fans and our band were being too loud. :foul: But we won even though we had to play with only 11 players on the field at a time, not 16. :tisk:
Good job Steers and way to go RSB3 way to make some NOISE, keep it up!!!!:thumbsup:

The thing with the band is dumb, but I can't believe you are complaining about the refs. Graham had 3 penalties for 35 yards. Iowa Park had 17 penalties for 127 yards. Who should be complaining?

I'm not complaining about the number of penalties we earned or the number the hawks earned, but I am complaining just flat out about the way the Refs worked as a whole. I know they missed calls on us and I know they missed calls on IP. When the young man went out of bounds at the 3 yd line the Ref that was 10 ft behind him signaled out of bounds, then the Ref from the middle end zone came running over and signaled TD. I think the Ref on the sideline and the guy from IP were kind of shocked, but if your given a freebie, take it ! And by the way Lee Clubb is a class act and a hell of football player. Good luck to IP on the rest of their games.
