Wow 98 in a 70 and he let him go after that? I'll take that instead of a 28mph over limit ticket. What department did his patch say?

It is obvious that the cop isn't really a jerk and just wanted to scare him so he would obey the speed limit. It looks like it worked. Sometimes a stern talking to is better than jail time.

If he brings him in it could cause headaches..writing him a ticket wont do much if that does not want to pay.i think that is why the cop was pissed..kinda a no win situation for him

Appears to me he just gave them an old fashioned butt chewing for screwing up. Nothing wrong with that. Actually I think he was nice to the guy by not giving him a ticket.

I would bet anything, that was a Texas State Trooper. Too Funny. When he pulled off his shades I busted out in laughter. He was pissed.

Not a Texas State Trooper badge & color of the Patch was wrong.I would say because of the star shaped badge and light colored short sleeve shirt that is is Southwest United States, maybe California. Also when looking at the Police vehicle in the drivers mirror I noticed it appears to have grill lights and interior sunvisor lights with no overheads.

Yeah I was boared :rolleyes: ;)

No way. Every Texas State trooper is trained to be ultra courteous in vehicle stops. I'm sure there are some that aren't occasionally, but they would be an exception, not the norm.
