If I want to update from my old PS2, which system should I buy? Mostly play NCAA or Madden.

You're looking to buy a new system? xbox360 would be the best choice to make, better games on it than ps3. of course it will take you a while to get used to the new control layout if you're new to it, especially for madden11 or ncaa11.:D

there is simply a much larger pool of players online (if you want to play online) and i personally like the controls better (but if you are a ps2 player then it would be an easy transition since the controllers are basically the same with a few upgrades for the ps3)

PS3 has free online,Blu-ray built in.Much better Madden and Ncaa players.

oh yeah plus X-Box charges online and has the Red Ring of Death.Which i'm already like on my 5th X-Box 360 to My 1 and only PS3 i ever owned.PS3 now has the Motion Controllers like the Wii. You get a Blu-Ray,PS3 and a Wii all in one! Whats the arguement PS3 Easy choice

Xbox 360 has motion control now as well..also just my view, but I enjoy Xbox live more than the Ps network..so I dont mind paying for it.

i own both systems and xbox360 beats ps3 by a long shot, alot more online gamers on it than the ps3. ps3 isn't all that, all it is is basically an expensive dvd player, you WILL grow bored of it.

I have 2 original Xbox's and 1 Xbox 360 and have never had any problems with any of them. I have played on both systems and would go with the 360 just for a better overall experience....and it is not like live is going to break the bank.

I also own both and they both have the same amount of games except for xbox has Halo & ps3 has Socom.I like the controllers alot better on ps3,plus bluetooth and dont need batteries for the controllers as for xbox most use rechargable batteries.They both have thier advantages and disadvantages but all in all im sticking to my PS3 with built in blu-ray,freeonline,bluetooth and rechargable controllers

I personally believe you'll be happy with either one. I own a ps3 and love it. Haven't had any problems with it.

I only play ncaa and mlb on mine and use it mostly to watch blue ray movies.
