Fox and dish network is in dispute. Causing fox sports southwest to be canceled and apparently fox 4 will follow suit on November 1. How many of y'all have dish?

This is all posturing between a bunch of billionaires. It will get solved and no one will miss anything.

Yep, not good. Missed bunch of games this weekend. Wonder if we will be getting a refund for the package since they are not delivering what we paid for?

i only get the box back when the games are on NFL network as Time Warner doesnt carry NFL network. But this year i'm thinking of getting direct tv when its time for NFL network to carry games.

We almost switched to Dish Network within the last 2 weeks to get Showtime in HD for Dexter. Glad we didn't.

*pats my DirecTV receiver happily*

At this point, I'd care as much about FSSW as Fox4. That's a lot of significant Rangers game to miss.

Don't fret, Direct is gona get their turn too. Two different TV channels in Austin went thru simular spats with Warner Cable a short while ago. They are all cozy now......

Rich spoiled brats.....they do the same to us by insisting that we take cetain "packages" instead of what we really want! To get Fox Southwest, I had to take several things I could care less about.

Talked to a Dish guy at the state fair yesterday. He said the dispute would be settled in 2 to 3 days.

What else is he going to say?

"You're right. We're not carrying the channel that shows the majority of Stars, Rangers, and Mavericks games, and we're going to be dropping the channel that shows NFC games in a month, but you should still sign up with us?"

Dude, just because you are stupid don't try to infect us with it.

We are able to think and reason all by ourselves you apparently are not and choose to believe the BS that Liberals try to feed us.

You can swallow if you like but we don't eat off that menu.

then you have a sick mind if we would be forced to watch Ed Shultz and Oberman....I can puke now. I am sick of their lies.

What happened to the 1st ammendment, is it only for Libertards?

I'm glad Fox and Dish finally came to an agreement. Now I can watch Sons of Anarchy again. But now Kens5 in San Antonio is saying they are in a dispute with Dish and might be going off at midnight Sunday.

Not sure WHO was to blame in negotiations, but there surely has to be some or maybe a contract lawyer out there licking their lips! Dishnetwork offers package deals to its customers (as all others) at increasing cost to customers if you want certain channels, you have to buy this package!

Guess it wont change until we change the White House and the FCC flunkies, or wait, thought you voted for change......
