High School HS Bonfire

Does your high school have a bonfire each year before homecoming ? I know in the past, a number of schools would always have a HS bonfire each years, like the night before the game.Thanks!

Sinton just does the burning of the "S" now. But we used to have good old fashion bonfires. Everybody runs around during homecoming week bringin in the wood and piling it up as high as we could. Ah the good old days.:D

Our bonfire was always "unofficial"....those were more fun.:devil:

Nowadays they have a candlelight pep rally in the stadium.

Argyle has a bonfire on the Wednesday before homecoming
