Brownwood is in district 5 Sweetwater has an uphill to make the payoffs they take Breck place as the "little kid on the block" look for Big Spring or Abilene to round out that district.

if AW or BS make the playoffs that puts BW in the small school bracket. Graham would need Burk to make the playoffs to put Graham in the small school bracket, so that puts BW and BP on a collision course with Graham probably going with the big schools.

Look for Bridgeport & Brownwood to meet. With Mineral Wells meeting Alvarado.

What's everyone from Graham's thoughts on a Brownwood vs Bridgeport matchup? Since B'port is really wanting this game to happen and you guys from Graham have seen both play.

AW and BS arent playing up to par right now, and SW according to the records is on path to get in. I think if BP and BW play it would be a second round playoff game.

As much as I would like SW to get in... I don't think it will happen. Their record is deceiving. They BARELY beat 2A Early (a not very good 2A).

Another example:

Midland Christian lost to Big Spring 34-30 but beat Sweetwater 34-7.

Two other common opponents that results were similar: Big Spring beat Greenwood 47-7, SW beat them 32-7. Monahans beat BS 33-12, and beat SW 35-7.

Even if SW does beat Big Spring... they still have to beat Wylie. That game is played this coming Friday at the Mustang Bowl.

Bridgeport has two really good recievers although i think Brownwoods secondary would handle them pretty well. Bwood could easily put up 50 points on their D.
im thinking 50+-17. Brownwood

When I said that should be a good game I was talking about MW & A,
BW should handle BP. :)

No disrespect to Bridgeport, but Brownwood would win. BW is just more explosive. I think to keep up with BW you will have to score every time you touch the ball, unless you have an incredible defense. Bridgeports defense was just ok, but not great as of last week.
