I guess Crandall was the #2 seed and not Kaufman..I thought since Kaufman was 2nd seed since they beat Crandall....apparently head to head doesn't count in 13-3A..

so

Crandall vs Canton
Kaufman vs Van

I'll take Crandall and Van

Actually, what happend was that Crandall, Kaufman and the Hutch ended in a three-way tie at 4-2. My understanding is that a point differential system was used and Crandall ended up the second seed, Kaufman the third seed and the Hutch was out.
