Alvarado is playing some good ball, but I believe Kennedale has too much speed for the Indians. Kennedale takes it, 35-24.

Don't know much about Kennedale, but after seeing Alvarado, I can tell you they have no glaring weaknesses on either side of the ball and have 1 DB/WR who could be all-state caliber. He made 2 ints and caught 2 TD's against the Bulls, and the rest of the Alvarado D is solid.

Alvarado's defense will keep the Indians in the game. The game will be decided by whether or not the Alvarado offense can move the ball consistently against the Kennedale defense.

This should be a very good game, both teams will play tough! Alvarado will be looking for a little payback for last year, Kennedale was the only loss in district . Coach Dixon will have the Indians ready to play, they played a little sloppy Friday night (3 fumbles, 1 int, and three dropped int on defense). Look for the defense to play big and shutdown Kennedale's speed. Alvarado 27- Kennedale 14.

PP-BOY: Kennedale doesn't know how to lose...for the last 9 years that Barrett has been there, they only know how to win. But this will be a good game, I hate that I won't be able to see it! Kennedale by 10!

obviously kennedale won't be scoring 74 points this week.

Kennedale started off really hot but they have cooled slightly since their first two games, at least in terms of expectations.

Kennedale does have a good defense and a strong running game, but Alvarado is the same (not quite as strong running the football but a solid offense). I think this will be a close one, and both teams will be interesting to watch in the playoffs. Alvarado certainly brought Bridgeport back down to earth.
