After losing all state running back Trent Jackson the Gobblers rebounded with a 21-14 road win versus the La Vernia Bears.

Good choice. LaVernia did look pretty strong though. Probably will make the playoffs as well as the Gobbleers.

Yep, instead of lions & tigers & bears it will be Gobblers & Apaches and Bears to the playoffs.
