Neither team is playing that well---I want the 'Horns to win, and will by 7 or so. Wish both were doing better so it could have been a #1 vs #2 game.

I hate it, but OU should win this one by 10+. And will unless Texas gets a couple of good breaks.

I bet Brownwood would be favored against TX or OU. I'm waiting to see if they are in the BCS ratings.:)

Texas in a close one. They still have a good defense, ya know?

Unless Texas can find some rhythm on offense, this one could get ugly.

I think OU takes this one. Horns offense has been anemic and their defense has yet to show up and play like the way they've been expected to.

OU has a better QB (at this point) and has been doing a better job up front on both sides of the ball.

OU by 10+

it wont be a tight game. i think Texas is either is going to come out and blow OU's mind, or they will struggle like they did against UCLA.

That was as bad as a first series of play calls can get.

The Horns have just checked into Baylor Medical Center in Dallas for a self inflicted gun shot wound to the foot.

I agree. Too many. At least the Horns made a great effort but still need to eliminate mental mistakes and the OL needs to do better. These are top recruits and this OL needs to perform.

My opinion...unless Nebraska goes undefeated, the Big XII doesn't deserve a rep in the national championship this year.

and teams from bcs conferences should get the nod they play tougher schedules. I want to see boise and tcu get 10+ wins against the opponents texas and ou face. Ya oregon st. is decent but that is one game.

Too many mistakes from Texas. They finally showed up in the 2nd half, but they still made too many mistakes.

A few questionable calls certainly went against Texas (holding on # 11 and offsetting unsportsmanlike conduct when the OU player continued to block the Texas player all the way to the ground 3 full seconds after the whistle blew) and Texas is not good enough to overcome their own mistakes and multiple penalties.

At 5-0, you could make an argument that Oklahoma should be 2-3 right now. They're not that good. They've played sloppy and have gotten away with it three times now.

I think that the Big XII as a whole is in a very down year. I felt that coming into the year and have seen nothing to make me feel otherwise.

Is it just me or does anyone else think when Gilbert throws the ball his feet are too close together and it makes his throws less effective and it takes away from his ability in the pocket.

It was definitely the right idea a few months ago to dismantle the Big 12. One of the main sticking points (aside from the relatively minor issue of Baylor's impending orphanhood) is that Texas A&M is thought to have to go to the same conference with the other major schools. I don't agree with this and think the Ags should be allowed to go to the SEC, where they can lose every game from the opening kickoff instead of in the second half.

Texas is now 0-2 in the imaginary Pac 16, proving the Horns may not compete any better in their new league, if it ever comes about, than the Ags do in theirs.

Texas is 1-2 in your scenario...but picking what everyone who is realistic about UT football knows is a down year for them to say well maybe they cant compete in what would have been the new league is wrong IMO
