IMO....I think he lost his mental confidence and once a QB loses that its hard for them to make a comeback in the NFL. You can just see it in his actions when he does something bad or something negative happens.

they said same thing about Jeff George..as long as he has his cannon a team will always be willing.

Cutler has never been accused of being lazy and not working hard..THAT is why Russell is not in league at moment
