Everman seems to have a shot at two titles, are they good in baseball too. Has any school in 3A ever won all 3 major sports(baseball,basketball and football)?

I dunno about all 3 but I remember back in the early 90's Southlake Carroll won football and basketball..Everman has a good shot at that...baseball, well Everman isn't a power but they did win bi-district last year

Yes shockingly Whitney is a decent hoops team...could actually win a playoff game or two!

gainesville beats 5a john tyler...commerce and antonio burrell(30pts. 1/11/02)will make noise as well.

My top 5 would be i. Kountze 2. Newton 3. Everman 4. Hardin-Jefferson 5. Kirbyville/Orangefield (TIE)

I think would have to put Pittsburg (20-0)in the top 5. They are playing some awesome basketball.

Pittsburg is for sure a team to watch....anytime you start out 20-0 something is going right there...the Region 2 Tourney is gonna be a great one...you could have Everman, Gainesville, Clarksville and Pittbsburg battling it out

Look for Kaufman to possibly break into the Top 20...Kaufman is 17-2 and is looking strong in 12-3A

What? no South Texas teams in the top 10. must be a off year. I don't know sinton's record but they beat CC West Oso by more than 20pts last week. Either West Oso not that good are sinton might make some noise in the playoffs.

Eye of the Tiger-That Coaches Poll looks pretty accurate to me at present, but I think I would move Everman up to about 4th and put Kirbyville in at about 11 th.......That Texashoops Poll must be someone touting one section of the state heavily.

Old Card I think the site itself for basketball is pretty well East Texas oriented. I think the poll is state wide,but not 100% sure. This is the first year Ive tried to get into basketball so I have much to learn.
