Wonder what the record is? Doubt even WOS would have that info.

A stat I always liked to tell people was in 07, LH didn't punt in district or the playoffs. 9 straight games without a punt is pretty impressive.

LOL no, not that year. That year LH was perfect in all aspects.

Anyone have the longest number of plays in these 19 drives? It seems like all are literally 4-8 play drives...crazy

Much as it pains me to admit it, that is a reeeeeally impressive stat. Averaging less than 4 plays per drive? Seriously? WOW.   :

Just remember, my smack talking has nothing to do with the Brownwood team and what they are accomplishing. It's truly awesome to watch.

We are able to see past your wild-eyed crazy talk about Brownwood <bows head> to see they are absolutely tearing it up. The team is as good as any I have seen in the last 10 years...to this point, anyways.

What does that mean? To this point? All we have is to this point. And they haven't shown any signs of slowing down...

It obviously means to this point they have put up numbers like some of the great 3A teams of the past. But it being only 1/3 into a championship season, they have plenty, and I say plenty of time to lose some of that steam.

What you have accomplished thus far, you will have to do two more times against better and then better competition. So "to this point" Brownwood has looked vastly superior, but that doesn't necessarily mean that it will continue or that they eventually hold the trophy up at the end of the year.

I hope Bwood wins the crown, BUT all it takes is ONE game come play off time..ask Decatuer of 04..Gilmer of 05..etc

To be the best you have to beat the best. That's what it's all about. If Brownwood can do it, it's going to be awesome!
