Yes it is but it is doubtful that is much help to our friends from Orange:D
Gunter is just north of Celina (about 12 or 15 miles).

Gunter is just outside of Merilee. I like Dorchester, 2-3 houses and some grain silo's on the main drag. Cool little town.
