Of Course we have all heard of Brookshire Royals Sr RB Brandon Williams and Cuero Jr RB Trent Jackson; but who is the best unknown or little known back in 3A?

I'm not sure I'd put Dennis Smith in the "unknown/little known" category. Of the two I've seen, Ryan Walker of Bandera (467 yds rush/175 yds recv), and Joseph Sadler of Devine (with similar numbers), have quietly put up some decent numbers. I doubt they are very well known.

Robert Durham of Fairfield is averaging 157 a game so far and his back up Anthony Price is averaging 11 a carry... Not saying these guys are the states top backs but solid players. As for the guys listed I would be a homer and pick Gentry just bc I have seen him more.

Carson is not all that unknown...now there is a Polk kid at Henderson that is not being talked about much, I think he is already up to 780 yds. Should be fun to watch him and Tra on the same field tonight.
