Bowie-432
Lindale-987

Leon's not 100% if these numbers are correct. Leon got them off the UIL website.

Leon aslo saw that there is a school named Anthony that has 221...not sure if thats a typo or not.

But anyways, who wins this game?

You can't always go by enrollment numbers to pick a clear winner. Whichever team has the best 11 players on both sides of the ball wins..

Anthony is the smallest 3A, they opted up to 3A for travel considerations

I don't know about Bowie but Lindale does have a pretty good team. I'd go with Lindale.

Bowie's decent but probably won't make the playoffs with Graham, Vernon and IP in their district. They're 3-1 — lost the opener to FW Christian and beat Childress, Jacksboro and Breckenridge fairly convincingly.

Lindale is 2-2 but their losses are to Carthage and Hallsville. They drilled Kaufman last week 62-6 and Kaufman has (had?) a stud RB.

That is true, but year in and year out numbers will win if both teams have good programs otherwise there would be no 5A etc.

It looks like it will be Graham IP and Bowie the rest of the teams are having a hard go of it. You know Vernon will come back with the talent they have and Burk has the numbers and H has the talent also they are just down this year.:)

Anthony is 18 miles north of El Paso and like a half a mile from the border with New Mexico.
