Wayne Sparrow, director of Sparrow Funeral Home in Orange, told KFDM News a memorial service for Reggie Garrett will be held from 6-8 p.m. Friday at Dan R. Hooks Stadium. Visitation is Saturday from 9-11 a.m. at Community Church, 3400 MLK D...rive in Orange. His funeral is at noon Saturday, also at the church. Sparrow said he suggested noon because Reggie Garrett wore number 12. Family and friends have set up an account to help pay for a scholarship fund in honor of Garrett, and to help his family with funeral expenses. The school district is offering counseling to staff and students.
