Left Wylie in there because I think Huge Sphinctifer will get them straightened out soon enough and I think they'll be a tough opponent come 11/5.

Put Dalhart in there just because of their 4-0 record. They tend to not play anyone the rest of us take seriously, so that makes them tough to figure. Sorry Red, but I put them ahead of your Mustangs only because they hammered Levelland by more than Sweetwater.

I will be honest, I know nothing about Alvarado.

I did my poll just as college pollsters do. However, I still think Wylie is really a top 5 team. I only put them lower due to how polls are supposed to work. I also think Snyder is as good as any team in the region including Brownwood, but they do have a loss so they have to be ranked lower than the top 4 which have been just as impressive.

This is going to be a typical year for Region 1. Division II will be loaded come playoff time. Several of the teams that will be out by round 2 would win Division 1 rather easily. Wylie will be in the Semifinals again due to the the best teams going D2. Estacado is tough right now but will be ready for basketball to start by mid-November.

vs Lovington, NM lost 39-63 and their final 3 TDs were scored on the backups' backups after kicking onside kicks down 63-16 with 4:00 minutes to go.

A few people have put Sweetwater in their top 10. I'm a bit confused after a poor performace against Early. I'm not attack Sw but want to know if there is more to the team than what they showed against Early.
