Sorry guys, but no signatures or photos. I don't know if I am supposed to have it again next week for Giddings, but frankly I don't have much desire for doing it. Just tell me where it needs to go and I'll get it there. I am going to put 112% on it... Reggie put that on his wrist bands every game... He lived by it...

I think the shirt should be signed by as many members as possible and then presented to the WOS football team in memory of Reggie Garrett.

Absolutely understandable. Send it to Ranger Mom. Me and WOS87
are going to work on putting a tribute to Reggie on the back of the
shirt and sending it to the WOS athletic dept. at the end of the
season.

Change of plans. WOS1 is going to send the shirt to me here in Sweetwater and I'll take
The shirt to '84 Stangs place of business and have the tribute added hopefully
before Friday's game.

Any suggestions as to what to put on the back of the shirt as a tribute would be
appreciated.

Just to clear up any confusion. The shirt will continue to travel the state after this week and at the end of the season I will mail the shirt back to WOS1 and he will present the shirt to the WOS team/staff.

I already know Old Tiger has branded the shirt ( :rolleyes: ) but going forward if everyone would please just sign their username in normal size and maybe add a special note. Don't write a book or anything, but you get the picture.

I never did get any input from WOS fans as far as a tribute to Reggie Garrett. So, I'll take it upon
myself.

On brighter note: I managed to get Matthew328 and GetRDoneStangs sig on the shirt
this weekend.

My plan is to take an image of Reggie and include a tribute in words.
But, then the 3ADownlow needs to be incorporated at the bottom.
Other wise it will be a shirt full of usernames and won't make sense.
The problem is that I'll need help with composing the final add on.

BullBoy, the shirt travels to a different game every week where 3ADLers meet at halftime and everyone present signs the shirt. Our M&G this week is going to be under the scoreboard at halftime. Hope to see you there!

i will be on the look out at halftime!! i normally sit on the very top right side of the bleachers closest to the score board so it should be pretty easy to see what ever is happening at halftime.

hopefully i can get down there and meet some of the 3Adownlow people! today seems to be going so so slow, can not wait till 7:30!

As a matter of fact I do! The booster club sells them at their booth, which is the white canvas tent between the visitors and home concession stands. Can't miss it!

It arrived Saturday. Good news is that there were only four of us at the M&G, and so I could personally take the shirt to each of those people for their sigs. Question: Do you want me to get it right back in the mail or take it to the Bridgeport/Decatur game? That could be a very interesting M&G. :D

The only thing about that is that our post office is notoriously slow, and after thinking about it I'm not sure I could guarantee to have it back before the next week's game...you saw how long it took to get to me. :thinking:

I don't know about the smaller towns (since I work in Midland) but Lonestar overnight is only around $11 to ship something overnight. I know they will deliver to some of the smaller towns, but don't always have a pick up.

I think I have sent the shirt and/or flag that way before.

At work, we use Lonestar Overnight whenever possible to deliver our training materials to the instructors...they guarantee next day to several areas and 2 day to other areasof Texas at ground rates.

I've never even heard of it, but according to the website they don't have a dropbox in my area. I can request pick up, but I have to have an LSO number to do it, and I'm not sure it's worth all that just for the one package. I think I'm going to see how many people will commit to coming to a Bridgeport/Decatur M&G, and depending on the results I may or may not try to mail the shirt next week or this week.

I don't mind paying for it at all, since I backed out of the weekend I was supposed to have it.
