High school sports are over and the baseball college world series and nba championship will both be over. What is there to look foward to in sports? At least we know that football and volleyball are starting soon. :)

You can root root for the ASTROS and maybe they can pull it together at the right time and maybe make it to the playoffs. Then anything can happen. Look what happened last year with the Angels. Go ASTROS!!!!

Well, it was wayyyyyyy before your time, but I sure remember some outstanding looking women in Dallas back in the mid 70's. I was already married at the time, but my wife said I could look all I wanted to, just no touching! :D Dog days of August were best. The hotter it got, the less they wore. wink

Oh, I don't know if that's true. I've only met one in my lifetime that I was certain I couldn't have. The day I was introduced to her, I just knew she was destined for something much bigger than South Texas, and I was right about that. wink

With any luck, Old Cardinal will still be trying to convince us that the 32 largest schools in each district are the cream of the crop :D

In my opionion, that is worth looking forward too. :D

Farrah Fawcett was one of the original stars on TV's version of "Charlie's Angels", and several movies. We had both just graduated high school in 1966 when I was introduced to her on Mustang Island at Port Aransas. I will never forget the swimsuit she was wearing! :D :D :D

If Lee Majors could get a date with Farrah, you could have married the woman. :D

Nah, not so. She was destined for Hollywierd. I can't think of anything or anyone that could have stopped her. Even then, you just knew. wink
