Last week The Roughnecks survived a shootout at home with a 51-41 Win over the La Grange Leopards.

La Vernia.. taking down a top team like Giddings

I would go with La Vernia too. We played Giddings in pre-season, and they looked good, so I am impressed. I would love to always put Wimberley as Team of the Week....but the level of competition (Smithville) this week was so weak, that even I would not put us up for nomination.
