Is there a bigger game in the state of Texas this week? No.

Nope. This is basically the state championship of all of 4A, because LT is winning D1, while Aledo will win D2

They knocked Brewer and a top receiver out of the game. LT has already lost one wr to a broken leg. If they don't drop this one, the may drop one to Kerrville Tivy the next week. Manziel is a beast. He was 41 of 75 passing for 503 yards and four TDs, and also rushed for 78 yards and a score. He accounted for 581 of KT'S 582 yards vs Madison.

Go Bearcats!

didnt think I'd be saying that this week....

if LT goes undefeated this year they will break our 68 game win streak record next year in the regular season

I wouldn't hand LT anything just yet....number 4 might be the hardest to earn.

depends on who your team is ... plus any district games are bigger, i.e. Ennis @ Red Oak

I think the Cavs win this one, but they are definitely struggling this year. They miss Erickson mightily. They really need to establish their running game to protect Brewer from both the pass rush, and the pounding of being their leading rusher. He will be playing this week as it was only a sprained shoulder.

Unless they can establish their running game, and improve their line play on both sides of the ball, they have a very good chance at having their streak ended by Aledo, Kerrville Tivy, Cedar Park, or even Vista Ridge the way they are playing so far.

Lakeway.

Matthew, where is LT banged up? Conner Floyd is out for pretty much the rest of the year since he broke both bones in his lower leg, but Brewer will be fine for the Aledo game. I have a very good friend that is from Lakeway, has kids in the district and attends most of the games, including the one last Friday, and he did not mention any receiver going down in that game.
