Harris Field at Liberty-Eylau does, Texarkana Razorback Stadium and Atlanta do. I think Pennington, Birdville and a few other DF/W stadiums do.

Lindale does.
Mineola does.
Grand Saline does.

That is just within 15 miles of my house so I imagine there are lots, lots more.

Sadly-Griggs Field in West Columbia does too. But it seems to be a tradition, at least for the sub-varsity games, for the homers to sit on the east facing bleachers and let the visitors "enjoy" the beautiful sunshine!

Iowa Park is East-West so that the home fans don't have to face the late season north wind.

I was in Giddings a few weeks ago...sat on the visitor side and notice the sun in the faces of the giddings fans early.

Most of the above stadiums are running east - west due to being land locked or in Mason's case because the stands were left over from an abandon horse racing track from the 30's.

No it don't you goof! it runs North and South. That is why you have the sun from the WEST in your face on the home sides in the afternoon.

Jasper's does. Took me 10 minutes to convince the referees at Friday's game. I was checking the wether on my phone and he asked what it looked like and I pointed towards the home stands and said "It's north of us." He looked at me crazy and said that would be west. But it's not. (I work the chains, thats why I was on the field.)

Giddings runs N/S, alongside Hwy 77 which heads North out of town. It might be just slightly NW/SW, but definitely not E/W. Rockdale is NE/SW, but not E/W.

It depends on which Birdville staium you're talking about. Birdville Fine Arts and Athletic Complex, where a lot of playoff games are held, runs east and west. The "old" Birdville stadium that is still used for track meets, under-varsity games, as well as a couple of Haltom home games each year, runs north and south.

I was speaking of BISD Fine Arts and Athletics. I didn't even know of another stadium,lol... I thought I was losing it!!! Watched a few games there and thought that it was east/west.

Liberty Hill's 3-headed monster runs north/south, endzone to endzone. By the time the sun goes down and the visitors can see the field, they are behind by 21. ;)

Check out google maps. LH's field may not run due east/west but it definitely doesn't run north/south.

Well, having been there many times over the last 10 years and sitting on both sides, that the sun is definitely in the eyes of the visitor side. It runs more NE/NW.

That is true, as the sun does not set due west most of the year.
