I say no, they pooch it like every body else does (except Graham, that kicker kicked it to himself)

If they are smart, they dang sure wont. If you cant kick it out of the back of the endzone, pooch it.

I say yes, ask Wylie what they did to their returner, just destroyed him and his tibula. Soo I'd say they'll try to do the same.

I would kick it to him he gets the ball on offense anyways why to try prevent what can't be stopped I would give it to him just to say we tried lol

I can't imagine a reason why they would, unless their kicker is not
capable of directional kicking.:)

Jaxon has a rare quality. I saw it in Vince Young. He can run fast and not look like he is running hard and he can take angles that avoid big hits.

If I was the Ville I would kick to him..one TD will not decide the game, but stopping him will give a boost IMO

Also one TD on special teams gives us a boost. He has been stopped more times than not this season. There have been 6 kickoffs to him and the other teams punted many times. However I hope they do kick to him. I would like to see what he can do against Sephenville

I would suggest putting a helmet in his chest every chance S'ville gets.:nerd:

I would just for the fact the more and harder you hit him the more he has to run and work the more tired he gets. Not to mention recievers especially get tired of getting hit hard and alot of them start running scared. That could help Sville while they are on defense.

Oh yeah 1 more thing they have to catch him first.

Of course you do not kick it to him.

So I assume that it has been decided that Brownwood will receive to start the game? :D

The real question is how many times will Stephenville have the opportunity to kickoff? That should be a poll question

i think they will - not that they are stupid but he has yet to prove he can return kicks vs a good defense, especially one from a solid 4a team, so why not kick to him until he hurts them....

They may only have one chance to kick off the whole game. It will be at the opening of the game or the opening of the 2nd half. Lol

A TD usually decides a rivalry game.

2005: Wood 10 S'ville 49

2002: Wood 21 S'ville 24
2001: Wood 7 S'ville 17
2000: Wood 13 S'ville 27

In 8 meetings this decade 3 of the 8 games have been decided by a touchdown or less.

In the 90s only two games were decided by 7 points or less.

So in 18 games between S'ville and the Wood only 5 games were decided by 7 points in the last 20 years.

Shipley would be a threat returner even against the eventual state champ 5A school. Stephenville wont kick it to him on purpose...unless their coaches are complete imbeciles.

A TD usually decides a rivalry game when both teams are state ranked. That better? Have fun with that research...
