Region IV Update

Hello ALL!!!! I just took over as the R4Editor. I have a lot of work still to do, but have updated the Region 4 Top 20 and District 25. I will continue with the other districts in order and should be complete in the near future.

If anyone is interested in assisting me with their district please send me a PM.

Great!! Those of you that accept only have to cover YOUR district. If you see a GotW send me a PM and we will vote on that list of games. I would like to get District Reviews ASAP. I will send a PM with more updates.
