Good win Brahmas! Much better game for the Bellville offense, especially on the ground. RB Reese scored on an 80 yard run and led all rushers with 157 yards. QB Mathews was very efficient, completing 6-9 passes including 1 TD. Kyle Fuchs kicked two FG's, one from 40 yards out that had plenty room to spare. Bellville is still going through some growing pains, losing 3 of 5 fumbles.

On defense, Dornon #40, Trejo #50, Brown #6 and Poffenberger #25 all had big games. Poffenberger has been making a lot of tackles from safety position, very good on run support.

I thought the Brahmas did a much better job on offense, defense and communicating. Even got a glimpse of Wiebold showing some emotion! I love it, Wiebs! We looked sooo much better, and it is certainly the direction to go this early in the season. Way to go, Brahmas, you made Bellville PROUD!

Caldwell would be a good pick to go 10-0.
