With that kind of defense, Carthage is going to have to score everytime they get the ball.

WO-S 1 pt loss to Friendswood... Carthage 5 pt win over Lindale... hmmmm (how would Friendswood do against Lindale I wonder)

FYI - Lindale won their 4A district last year. This is their first year in 3A. They are a very good team.

Carthage had over 600 Yards total offense and Lindale had a little over 300. Carthage gave them a short field 3 times.

I didn't disrespect WOS. Just happy to pull out the win in a close game.

I knew this would be a great game. Lindale is no joke. I've heard that with new students this year they are already well above 3A numbers again. They are physical with a big talented line and well coached. 14-3A will be a much tougher district than its given credit for. Lindale gave Carthage all they wanted, Van beat a good Brownsboro team and Canton beat that new Forney team 63-0.

Your times coming...Hendersons gonna clean house. Not that I'm hoping for that to happen but we all have to face them. One Carthage fan made the remark about Lindale and SH game.."We ain't no Spring Hill"...but Carthage didn't run them over either. Your score was a little closer but we did put up about 500 yards on them.
