Freshmen really overall played pretty sloppy tonight(2nd worse ive seen them play)....but they came together when it counted and got the win. There is no doubt the La Vega freshmen team is very talented and im not suprised they had won district the last few years.

Howard Horn scored three rushing touchdowns for the Navasota JV and Austin Collins ran in a two-point conversion run.

In the freshmen game:

Hunter Sparkman proved to be a triple threat for the Navasota freshmen against Willis, scoring on a 1-yard run, throwing a 23-yard touchdown pass to Willie Creeks and catching a 35-yard touchdown pass from Gregory Chapman.

Chapman added a 45-yard touchdown run and Jordan Wells scored on a 70-yard run.
