Dripping Springs @ Wimberley

Always a good game in the Ranch Road 12 rivalry every year. 4A Dripping Springs is coming off a 49-0 win over Crockett and Wimberley off a big win at Cuero. I think Wimberley will take this one dotn see Dripping having near the athletes or big play threats as Cuero did but should be another good test for us. Any thoughts??

The Texans are 0-3 against DS the last 3 years and 3-5 the last 12. Last Wimberley win was 2006, the last win of 3 in a row. Maybe the 3-0 thingy starts over with Wimberley this year?

He played real good last week, 2 rushing tds and 2 passing tds, also started at free safety and played well there too. Hes gonna be a big part on how far we go this year.

Brady is doing very well. We need to work on more protection for him in passing situations, but he is a strong athlete, and we are happy to have him.

Runtowin...If there is any question of cheating, or any question of a player being on our team that is violating UIL rules, then I support your comment 100%. Check us out. If there is any doubt at all, then I support an investigation. I do not want to be a part of anything that is not in line with the rules. To win with questionable tactics is to not win at all.

I can't speak for the rest of the Wimberley community, but I would bet I would have the support from the majority of them when I tell you that we would not want to have any doubt in the 3A world as to the legitimacy of our program.

If you know something we do not, please say so. Please express your concerns to the powers that be. I would be the first to say "we were wrong" if proven to be true.

With that said, I think you are out of bounds here. But...I am willing to hear you out.

i think Smith was held back in elementary school at one point...not sure about that, but i think i remember hearing that.

he lives with the blakemoores. he has been back and forth from the houston area. not concerned with age. why does he live with another family?
