Pretty hard to deny him. 2 punt return TDs. 1 int. Not sure about how many catches or yards. He also had a TD run called back.

I looked on you tube seeing if someone put those punt returns on their yet... no such luck. When the game is broadcast on our local station starting Tuesday or Wednesday, I will try to get them posted... the only way I know to do it is pretty micky mouse but I will do the best I can.

Back to the subject, I only saw one game but I have not heard of anyone else having a more dominating game. The other thing you can say he did was give us the ball at the 40 on every kickoff cause Gatesville just kicked it high and short to keep it away from him.

I'll go with Jaxon Shipley, two punt returns for TDs, and Snyders Keenon Ward, in a 43-42 loss, he had over 400 yards of total offense.

Jace Hudson, Bridgeport, had 3 TD receptions against Glen Rose. Don't know about total yards, but he had some decent KO returns, also.

Jaxon did have an impressive game... but don't forget Luke Chastain. 2 interceptions, one returned 40-50 yards for a TD, and a 48 yard TD reception just before halftime.

Mark Roberts W/R for WO-S had 5 receptions for 132 yards and 2 TD. Also had 30 yards rushing.

Aaron Collins of Navasota had a pretty dang good week. Three catches for 68 yards and a TD, a big hit pass break up, and an interception. I think he also recorded 8 tackles, but I am not sure. Not awe-inspiring, but the kind of all around game you like seeing from a kid.

Brookshire Royals Brandon Williams (OU commit) had 15 carries for 269 yards and 4td's , would have had a 80 yard receiving td but it was called back on penalty

I agree. Chastain was everywhere.

Indeed he did, and I'm glad you made the correction---an even more impressive performance by Jace. I think he and the Bulls will have a very good year.

Gus Johnson 7 for 172 yards 3 TDs

If he would have had a full game he would have had over 300 yards. He got 160 of those in the first half.

I would put up Anthony Garcia Celina. We went up so fast on ranchview that the starters got limited playing time
or Jammarick

Anthony had 5 carries 128 yards and 2 td's. Jammarick had 7 carries 105 yards and 3 td's all in about a quarter and a half of play.

Commerce's Tadarious Hawkins was 9 of 12 for 90 yds and 2 TDs and carried the ball 8 times for 93 yds and a TD then intercepted a pass at the end of the game and ran it back 60 yds to the Farmersville 8 yard line to put the game away for Commerce. Pretty good performance going both ways.

175 yards rushing. That is pretty impressive to put up close to 500 yds in total O. If ya'll can get your D going you might surprise someone in that district. Now, I am not saying top 3, but ya'll could easily secure #4 and that ain't bad with a new coach and system.

Too many playing both ways. It makes for some tired kids by half. We have some really good athletes and we should have had these coaches long time ago.

They do really well with a new offense, new coaches and not much depth. Just not enough for this district.

And Lindale had HUGH kids....wore us down.

Yeah that first year can be a challenge.
But if they do well at all next year your participation should jump and you may be off and running.
