JUSTIN -- Hours before the Carroll Dragons open their season down in Copperas Cove, starting quarterback Daxx Garman was ruled ineligible to play by the District 7-5A executive committee.
The vote was 4-3, with the three Keller school district principals voting in favor of allowing Garman to play.
