Greenwood....grrrr!!

After a lackluster first half...the Rangers came back ready to play and scored right off.

Fast forward 3 minutes and our starting QB (senior) has been carted off to the locker room with a shoulder injury.

Back up QB (sophomore) is on the sidelines trying to work out (what I hope is) a cramp.

And now our 3rd string QB (junior) is in.

Score is 7-0 Greenwood

OK....backup stretched out and came back in.

Yeah, me too!

He was down on the field for quite a while, they had him on the sidelines with his pads off and his parents came down and they all went off to the field house!!:(

Don't think so. SA to San Angelo is 3-1/2 hours plus another hour to Greenwood. SA to Portland's only 2-1/2 hours or so. Wanna buy a map?:D (Just razzing ya buddy, I wanna make a game out there someday too.)

Actually it's about 1.5 hours from San Angelo to Greenwood.

Yeah, that's right. I knew it was about an hour from Angelo to St. Lawrence. Guess I was thinking GW wasn't much further.

It takes about 45 minutes to get to Sterling City and the another to get to SA.

I didn't think St. Lawrence was that far, but I am not real sure where it is, I do know that it is in Greenwood school district though.

We have kids that live closer to Garden City than Greenwood, yet they are still in our school district.

Yay! Thanks for the text earlier! I was in Leander at the fish/jv games so was glad to get the update. :) Sorry about your QB but it sounds like the backup did a good job!

St. Lawrence is just south of Garden City and from Angelo, you go thru GC to get there. I'll admit it's been about 15 yrs. since I drove it, so my estimate could definitely be off a tad.;)

Oh, St Lawrence is easy to find. Its about 40 miles from Stiles, 30 from Midkiff and 45 from Spraberry!:D
