I'm going to be paying attention, when we play AW again and I will
be sure to observe if AW raises their helmets at anytime prior to
the end of the game. Frankly, I've seen very few teams not raise
their helmets prior to the end of the game. Honestly, if thats the
best you can remember, you don't have much to talk about. BTW,
how was it for AW the next week?;) Your right about one thing, they are beautiful helmets, that was the topic anyway, not when a team might or might not raise their helmets.;)

schulenburg used to use the superman S also and had to stop do to infringement .....had to scrap letter head....class rings etc.

I said I liked the helmets. :rolleyes: I guess it sticks out in my mind because our program has lots of experience with playoff games coming down to the wire, so you can bet that nobody on our side of the field thought the game was over with over 2 minutes left. That's something your program will learn with more experience...maybe even THIS season if they live up to their ranking. We shall see. Good luck with that.

I really doubt you will see a Hugh Sandifer-coached team do that...he and his staff stay on top of their players and their conduct. That being said, chill.

I got your back on this one SintonFan! I didnt know what safeway was because im too young lol so I looked it up and Our NEVERENDING "S" looks nothing like that weird safeway deal. Our symbol is original,been around for years, and I think its the best because no one can ever copy or take it from us. THE SINTON PIRATES!

I really like the Zebras from Grandview. It is a copy of the Cincy Bengals but I like it and they have the best mascot in the state as well. You ever seen a pissed off zebra fight off a lion on the Savanah Plains on the Natgeo channel....... Classic.
