Anyone hear how Mathis did last week against West Oso? I think they are scrimmaging Banquete tomorrow. Interested to see how they are progressing.

Both scrimmages were pretty onesided. Mathis pretty much scored at will and the defense was "lights-Out", but there is still a lot of room for improvement.

Long season and 30-3A is going to be tough. Hope the Pirates do well, the right Pirates that is...LOL

Well that should make for an interesting start for pre-season leading into district play. Looking forward to seeing how everything plays out to week 10.

John Paul II, West Oso, and Banquete. No disrespect tp JPII or Banquete (who did really well last year), but it was really hard to tell how Mathis was progressing because it was really lopsided. West Oso was much better, and even scored once.
