View Full Version : Columbia vs 4A Angleton Scrimmage

Columbia held state-ranked Angleton to one TD and FG, while scoring 5 times against the Wildcats. Columbia scored on the first and last play from scrimmage and totaled 4 scores during the scripted portion of the scrimmage. In the 2-15 minute game clock portions of the scrimmage Angleton scored once and also kicked a field goal, while Columbia only managed a single TD. Columbia looked good but they still have some work to do on both offense and defense.

I wonder if this will awaken the Wildcats or if they have some rebuilding to do.
I think maybe Columbia may have awakened a sleeping giant.

Maybe this could be a good year for the Roughnecks or just bad day for Anglenton. We will just have to wait and see.

How the playoffs! Haven't been since 2006, just missed in 2007, and really sucked in 08 & 09.

If we play like we did Sat. against Angleton, the Battle of the Bernard won't be much of a battle. The Dogs won't stand a chance. But, .... that's a big if!
