Elias Vasquez Jr. has been named Robstown's baseball coach according the CC Caller-Times. Vasquez has worked as an assistant coach for twelve years at Robstown as recently as 2008. He should be familiar with Robstown's program and the community. Good luck to Coach Vasquez.

This was expected. To be honest I'm not happy, but I'm not angry either.

Having worked as an assistant at Robstown he will be very familiar with the program. Having that knowledge and the perenial talent that Robstown has every year I don't see a decline in the program.
