1. I believe you have to actually live in Brownwood.
2. Somewhat liked ejecting a 3A DL member, there are provisions for impeachment. More difficult to impeach, but very possible.
3. In order to file for the ballot, there is a fee to be paid.
4. You will need to find a sufficient number of Brownwoodites (Brownwoodians?) who like you enough to actually vote for you. This appears to be an impossible task in your case.
5. You will be required to attend meetings and make intelligent, mature decisions. Again, a seemingly impossible task in your case.
6. You will be required to have an actual reason for being negative. Nuff said.
