This time for Matt Garza of the Tampa Bay Rays...

makes 5 which is the most in a season since 91' and its still July

pitching has been so dominant this year.

Therefore, is this a big deal anymore?

yes imo it is still a big deal..this year might be that way but next year we might have one or none

IMO pitching is no where near dominating this year..I just think it is balancing back out to being a more level field.

Now just as big a chanc to have a 8-5 game or a 2-1 game

This is one of the most irrelevent no hitters in baseball history.
Look at Detroit's starting line up. We lost Inge, Ordonez and Guillen in the past 10 days.
Dombrowski did the only thing he could do and that was fill the roster with players
from the AAA club iin Toledo.

that does not matter..no hitter is a no hitter IMO

if one is close to being not a "real" one it Edwin Jackson and his ugly no hitter..but both are still special imo

Here's the really crazy fact about this year:

3 of the 5 no-hitters have involved the Tampa Bay Rays.
