An Analysis of 2003 3A Baseball & Softball Playoff Teams

I checked out the 3A baseball and softball teams and did an analysis on the 2003 year. In baseball of the 16 teams that made the sweet 16 there were 13 district winners, 2 runner ups, and 1 third place team. Of course as of right now I don't know who will make the final 8. In softball there were 12 district winners, 3 runner ups, and one third. In softball the final 8 consisted of 6 district winners and 2 runner ups. I am just putting this up for information purposes because there aren't enough years and extensive studying to reach any definite conclusions.

AND WHICH TEAMS ARE DIST WINNERS,RUNNERUPS, AND THIRD PLACE?? I ONLY KNOW BANDERA WAS DIST WINNER.

In baseball the two runner ups are Woodville and Gonzales and the third place team is Mineola. The rest are district winners. In softball reaching the final 8 were two runner ups which were Marion and Lufkin Hudson - the rest were district winners.
