Freakish animal killed in Cresson
(Posted Today 08:25 am)
An animal control officer shot and killed a mysterious four-legged animal Wednesday in Cresson. The thin-bodied beast had a canine-like head, grayish skin and impressive fangs. Maybe it was a legendary chupacabra -- Spanish for goat sucker -- a wild creature that, legend says, kills small animals and consumes the blood. A&M experts took a look at the animal and believe it's half coyote. The other half? They were trying to determine.

Wouldn't this make a great mascot for some new school trying to start a competitive program?
