Good article on ESPN.com about the evolution of the strength and conditioning coach. Towards the end of the article, it talks about some of the unconventional training methods used at Notre Dame to break up the monotony of grueling offseason work.

Made me wonder, what are some of the effective training methods, unconventional or not, that are implemented throughout the state at the high school level?

We have a sandpit now :D

and not many schools run 300's like Celina

yes other schools run them like Celina..300's are a staple of football off season programs and have been forever.
