Rangers are impressive. Wish they could get to the WS. this yr. Especially would be great by beating the Yankees.

Went to the game. Wandy was horrible and then the string of relievers weren't any better. Rangers blew up the 3rd with two outs. Scored 6 runs. Bottom of the order for the Rangers was killer tonight. Wasn't pretty for Astros fans. The highlight of the night was the fireworks after the game.

Not sure I understand the Astro's logic of walking Vladimir Guerrero in the 10th so they could pitch to Josh Hamilton. The way Hamilton is hitting now, I would take my chances with about anyone else.

Vlad was 0 for 5 at that point and Hamilton 4 for 5. I agree, doesn't make sense, but I'm glad Houston did it!

That made for a very happy Father's Day as I watched that unfold in the 10th.
