Nice. So if you're really, really bad and a big loser, you become a winner. Wonderful way to prepare kids for real life ahead of them.

If I am sufficiently terrible at my job, I would get promoted instead of fired? And those who are much, much better than I am at my job should be demoted or fired for "rubbing it in" on me?
