They are paying tribute to him on his birthday and showing great westerns that he made. You can get the times in your tv guide. They are sowing The Kid from Texas where he plays Billy the Kid, Gunpoint, The Unforgiven where he stars with Burt Lancaster, The Red Badge of Courage and the one I am especially delighted with Tumbleweed made in 1953. Tumblesweed has been sadly neglected so don't miss this one. It starts at 6:40 P.M. Enjoy!

Audie Murphy is great in Tumbleweed but he also has good support. Chill Wills plays the Sheriff, Lori Nelson is Murphy's girlfriend, Lee Van Cleef plays Marv and Russell Johnson (the professor on Gilligan's island) plays Lam Brandon.

All these movies are classics..but probably none as good as Dawn at Soccorro..
